Q- do you have a catalog?
A-not at this time, we are an online business only at this time and to keep our cost down we do not have a catalog.

Q- What types of payments do you accept?
A-We use PayPal as our credit card processor for both PayPal payment and Credit Card payments. ******PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING CHECKOUT A PAYPAL ACCOUNT IS NOT REQUIRED TO USE A CREDIT CARD.****** After you click on "confirm order" you will be taken to PayPal.com for payment processing. There is an option on the left side side of the page towards the bottom to use credit card for payment without creating a paypal account. Q- Are there any other discounts available?
A- Contact us for “case Quantity Discounts”

Q- Do you ship international?
A- Yes we do. Be advised that the shipping calculator on the web site is only set up for a few counties that we do regular business with right now. If you are an international customer and the shipping calcuator is not working for your country, send me an email and I'll get your country set up right away!!

Q- Do you allow local pick-up?
A- No, not at this time.

Q- Can I place a special order if I want more of an item than you have in stock?
A- Sure, but your complete order will be held until the backordered items are in stock. If you want the items that are in stock shipped right away you must place two separate orders.

Q- I'm having a party and have some items in mind but you don't have what I'm looking for. Can you get the item if I describe it to you?
A- I have quite a few suppliers so chances are I can find the item or something close to it. Email me the name of the item, web site or store you have seen it and if possible the item number from the package or web site.

Q- Do you sell wholesale?
A-Yes we do. Please email us for information.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
